We have known the directors of Quantum Lettings for over 20 years and working directly with Quantum Lettings since 2011. in the initial stages they helped us source 2 suitable properties as HMOs’, fitted them out to the required standards and ultimately Andy Emery took on the duties of Licensee of both properties.
Quantum Lettings fully manage the properties. Sourcing tenants, handling repairs and maintenance to our standards on a daily basis has been carried out quickly and efficiently. They have made every effort to fit the right tenant for each of our properties, which operate in slightly different markets. When problems arise and they do, efforts are made to solve them as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the tenants and the landlords. On the very few occasions that we have had to resort to legal proceedings again Andy has assisted and helped in attendance as management representatives. Administrative legal requirements from Peterborough City Council and the Housing Act in general have always been carried out to their satisfaction so far as we are aware.
